Detailed Description:
The car evaporator is a heat exchanger, which is a component of the air conditioning system. The function of the car air conditioning evaporator is to evaporate the low-pressure refrigerant from the expansion valve, absorb the heat of the air inside the car, and thus achieve the purpose of cooling the car.
The working principle is that high-pressure liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator through the expansion valve. Due to the atomization effect of the expansion valve, heat is absorbed during the conversion process. Therefore, the evaporator is cooled and the wind passes through, turning it into cold air, achieving the cooling effect.
The refrigerant channel of the evaporator is formed by stamping two aluminum plates into a complex shape. Stack the plywood together to form a refrigerant channel, and place a wavy diffuser between each two pieces of plywood, then stack them one by one, resulting in excellent heat dissipation.
